Cleveland scored five runs in the bottom of the 8th inning.
Rhys Hopkins’ two-run double was the Guardians’ key hit that inning. 

Seattle scored more than three runs for the first time in 14 games.

Kyle Schwarber hit a 2-run homer in 7th inning, his 30th home run of the year.
New York was 2-for-16 with runners in scoring position.
Mets have lost eight of their last nine games.
